They don’t wear hair nets always slouching around lobby always dirty I don’t get it one of the worse Taco Bell’s ever. Taco not even formed right don’t go here don’t recommend
Homeboy at the drive thru window today needs to keep that attitude in check. I’m sorry he doesn’t like his minimum wage job, none us do, but that’s life.
I ordered quite a few tacos here and they barely give you any sauce so when you want more they tell you that they can’t like you can have 10+ tacos with 5 packs of sauces this place is very stingy with there sauces and amounts of food I would not recommend coming here
I was stuck in the drive thru for 14 minutes. They are using an AI at the drive thru as well. Service took a while ... Longer than usual.
I was trying to place an order in the drive thru they had Ai taking my order instead of a real person which is fine I get it but being a person with a really soft voice Ai wasn’t picking up what I was saying well so I just drove around… I wanted soft tacos instead of hard with my Mexican pizza meal easy fix the manager on duty told me they couldn’t change it because they already made it so I told her well I don’t want it And left very terrible customer service this location will not be getting my money !!
