New AI ordering system sucks
There is a young man that works here at this location at night in the drive through. He is the nicest employee there. He's always asking me how my day was after a hard day for me at work when nobody else bothered to ask and he remembers me every time and he works so hard. He deserves a high 5 and a little raise. Idk your name but thank you man!
I come here very often. My parents have taken me here ever since its opened. Ive been dissapointed how things have devolved and I think today was the final straw. I've ordered in person and online orders and I can safely say I'm moving on to a different location. Everytime I order a pick up order and come inside to pick it up, it always takes FOREVER for anybody to acknowledge me. I order ahead so when I get there, I don't have to wait as long for the food.
