I asked for a "Large water with Extra ice" and was handed a medium, asked if I could please have a large, I'd even pay for the cup if I had to. He wne back in closed the qindow came back and tried to hand me the medium then said he'd get me a large. I refused the medium, because I do not need to drinks. He closed the window, came back with the medium and said they could only give me a medium. Weekend crew at this tacobell are absolutely terrible. My taco was in the bag upside down, so all of the ingredients were in the bottom of the bag, the tortilla was stale and hard and the person at the drive thru could not even master putting a utensil in the bag for my fiesta potatoes. Absolutely the worst ever.
Had to pick up a to-go order here yesterday. Waited 45 mins in lobby for the order along with a ton of other people. All while the employee's are not so quietly complaining about being there. Slowest Taco bell I have ever been to.
