Poor management and food quality 👎 Lobby was full of people waiting for food for awhile. Not the same Taco Bell experience I remember.
When my construction crew and I went in for lunch we waited in the dining room for over 35 minutes for our food. We were late to our next job due to waiting. We also saw a guy with a dark beard, hat, and headset in (I think he was the manager) touch his upper nose multiple times with his gloves on and continue making people food. Not a sanitary place to eat due to management not following code rules so obviously the upper management doesn’t take food safety or cleanliness seriously.
I ordered three tacos and did not receive it for over twenty five minutes. The workers seemed to pick and choose which orders they do because four people arrived after me and got their food before I did. When I asked the dark haired manager with an beard about it he just told me to be patient.
This is my go to Taco Bell!! They are usually super cool here. One dude hates his job, but everyone else is nice.
