Horrible experience. Location sucks. Employees suck No customer service skills I rate this Taco Bell a five thumbs down.
They keep subbing out the chips with cinnamon twists. This is the 3rd time they’ve done this. This time they still sent the cheese sauce but cinnamon twists instead. I’ve had hair in my 5 layer, they keep missing items on orders, and WHY do you KEEP PUTTING IN CINNAMON TWISTS?
