I’d give a zero if I could, poor communication, location was “closed” due to short staff but clearly listed as open with all of the lights on. Clearly poorly managed.
sat in the drive thru line for i kid you not 30 minutes… there were three cars in line. save your time.
They are never taking orders, might as well close down.
Shrinkflation is REAL!! Service was uhm. Fine I guess. Employee simply handed me my food. Nothing special. Food was hot and tasted ok, but the size of a $6 burrito was ridiculous. No cashier. 50% of the ordering kiosks were broken. Not a great look for a well known chain.
Slowest drive through on earth.
