I really do not know what is wrong with this Taco Bell. Almost every time we order from here, it’s messed up. It can even be something simple and somehow they mess it up. Today we had a messed up order and went inside to see all of the staff chasing eachother around the store toward the bathroom. Went to drive through at 1:20 am. Google says they are open until 3 am. They answer the speaker asking if we where using the mobile app. When I told her no, she said they were closed. Very poor service if I could rate zero stars I would.
I unfortunately have to review my rating. My experience with Natalie S was atrocious. Not only was she rude and my feel terrible for coming this spot, she made obscene comments about the amount of food and my friend (also for others at house but that’s none of her business) but also made a comment about our looks/size. I am absolutely floored at the service I received.
