I came through the other day and it was a good experience. My food was good and the workers were nice. I didn’t have to wait long like other places. They have gotten better.
Spent almost $70 w them and the only request I had was fresh fries. They couldn’t even do that .. went back through the drive through an explained the issue just to be told “it’s gonna be the same thing.” I will never go to this location again , lol.
Went to Taco Bell on Nissan Dr tonight at the drive thru and upon waiting for my order, the 3 staff in the kitchen were very unprofessional, playing while preparing my food. What they were doing was very unsanitary and improper during food service, and turned me off completely. Proper training needs to be done thoroughly as well as better supervision, because you cannot have a bunch of children providing a service and then there's no one mature and professional around to guide them accordingly.
