hm.. how do yall get something wrong every single time? 5 layer burrito EASY beans. the fact they had this wrong twice and i said make sure the beef is on there and it still wasn’t .. tells you a lot. only beans and cheese. no sour cream no nothing. trifling. phones are always off.

In all my traveling as a Over the road driver. As a resident of Tennessee, I will say this is the WORST Taco Bell location in the lower 48! Hands down the laziest group of children working here! The so called manager looked so stoned, he reminded me of a Cheech and Chong character! The 1 young man who did actual work behind the counter, even kept looking at the other people working, like hey I need help. NOPE The phone is King in This Taco Bell! I go to this TB all the time bc I work at the Nissan beside it. They've never got my order wrong, shorted me on portions, etc.. they have never let me down. This TB is what all other TBs should aspire to be.

Walked in waited over 5 minutes. Ton of employees working. Not one single person greeted me or offered to help or even acknowledge my existence. Then a guy walked in helped him immediately even though i was already standing there 5+ min then after 10+ min they said they were finally making my pick up order. I get this is fast food.... but honestly some of the worst customer service.
