Horrible service specially from the manager! Never coming back again!!
So I get there, to the drive thru, ask for the street burrito lux box. no rice avaliable in the store. Ask them to substitute the burrito with the Lux box and they tell me no, they won't do it. Like how hard would that be so I could get the meal. Then ask for a steak quesadilla, no steak, so I settle for a chicken one. Drink was luke warm and no ice. The employees are consistently rude: the entirety of a conversation at the drive-thru consists of "You checking in on Mobile App?", "What you want?", and "Pull forward". No thought to confirm the order, no pleasantries, nothing. I get it; it's Taco Bell, in Hammond, so you can't set your expectations too high, but I don't honestly think they could be any more unprofessional if they were actively trying.
