Service staff is extremely rude and thru food at car spilling it and not giving a complete order or refunding what they did not have
Severely understaffed or no one likes to show up for work. The poor staff on Saturday 4/5 were trying so hard to keep up, but they were clearly swamped and very aggravated. They don’t deserve that. Ended up paying $13 for items i never received, but the lobby was packed with others with the same issue, so I just left. That shift deserves a bonus!!
Spent 14 minutes in the drive through to pick up an order. Saw they forgot some items so went to knock on the door and it was locked. Tried calling the store and no one even had the courtesy to come to the door just kept yelling from behind the counter I had to go back through drive through. Once I stated they forgot items I got attitude from lady in window and she handed me another bag closing the window.
