Something has changed at this store within the last couple weeks. The last three times I've ordered, have been the three best taco bell meals I've ever had in my life! The presentation is phenomenal! My nachos bell grande looked better than the menu. Everything is perfectly portioned, spread out evenly, and tastes phenomenal. They're on a roll right now.
We order one grilled cheese burrito (had potato in it?), chips (we’re soggy and tasted like bleach, it was obviously some sort of cleaning chemical), supreme dip (had hairs in it), and we ordered Cinnabon delights for dessert (not in the bag). They refused to refund us, and did not provide a remake. Im upset because no sweet treat for me and I’m floored at the fact the employees were angry at us for a multitude of mistakes they made. Food is usually good and fresh, speed of service is embarrassing
The cashier working was nice and professional and everything was going great far as my order. Until the manager on duty decided I wasn’t ordering to her speed and came on the speaker rudely and rushed me with my order very unprofessional and not pleasant. The cashier had to apologize for her own boss actions what a shame. PS. If you don’t like your job quit and find another one . Do Better Taco Bell
