Waited 15 minutes for my order, and when I asked for an update, the manager—Hossey—responded with complete disrespect, saying, “We don’t know how long it’ll take, you can cancel if you want.” Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone in a managerial position. He clearly lacks basic customer service skills and professionalism. It’s shocking that someone like him was even hired. This kind of attitude drives customers away.

The food is average; The service can be a bit below average. The atmosphere is ok.
The staff is nice but the location is ghetto as hell baby. I gotta keep my head on a swivel when I'm in the drive through son. 😒
