Never place order via app for pickup, only do drive thru. They will not prioritize your order that’s 15+ minutes late.
This location is expensive! We spent $40 on 7 items and 2 drinks 😳. I didn't see a value menu on the drive thru menu at this location. Some items didn't have prices listed so we had to ask how much it was. If they ask if you want stuff like sour cream & jalapenos be prepared to pay extra for it. One of our items needed a fork or spoon to eat it and they didn't provide any so we had to park to go inside and get some. My bf wants me to add that they had fake smiles & bad attitudes.
The guy who works the drive through who says "Have a Baja blast!" is a visionary
I’m always really impressed by the staff at this particular location. They are always super friendly and I genuinely feel like they make my favorite items better than any other location in the area. Never thought I’d say this about a random Taco Bell but honestly really top notch service here.
I specifically asked for the nachos with no tomatoes and no beef. She asked if I wanted beans instead of beef and tomatoes. I said no I just want cheese and sour cream and they still proceeded to add beans and tomatoes after a multiple back-and-forth about how I do not want them.
