Standard taco bell food & service
The staff here are super friendly, and very fast. However, the owner’s insistence on asking, if you want to add additional sour cream, additional meat, additional jalapeños, for every single item in your order is invasive, time consuming, and makes me not want to visit. It is unfortunate because the staff here are wonderful. However, the greedy owner makes it unpleasant
I'm a nut for Taco Bell anyway, but I was surprised at how upbeat and lively this locaction was. The staff was genuinely cheerful when I came in and I was literally served with a smile! This has all the hallmarks of a GREAT manager running the place, so a tip of the hat to him/her and how well the staff was chosen. It's deep in Seattle, though, which has seen much better days, so measure that as you may. It was still an unexpectedly great experience!
