I ordered delivery through the app. When I got my order it was missing an apple empanada & had 3 items made incorrectly. So I had to go to the restaurant to get my order fixed after paying for delivery. I complained on the app but they’ve ignored my bad experience with no response from them. If going to this Taco Bell be sure to double check your order before leaving & don’t order delivery from here!!
I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell many of times and each time they get my order wrong and send me barely even half of my order. Very frustrating and makes me never want to order from here again. I definitely won’t keep ordering from here considering the pattern.
Pathetic. Absolutely disgusting people that work here. When you go to get a meal and customer service, you don't expect to have your day ruined. It should be a crime for places like this to exist
09/25/2025 I was so disappointed to find out that at least the Taco Bell on stringtown road is now take out only! And apparently drive-thru only. While I was able to walk inside there was no one there at the register until I went and found someone. I was hoping to you my mail inside but when a person finally did come around they said we don't even have trays anymore everything's take out only now!
