Guy in the drive thru was super nice this evening around 9:30 with dark hair and glasses. Food was bomb as always.
I have a speech impediment and when I told the girl the name for my order I heard a man loudly in the background making fun of how I talk. It’s very rude, unprofessional, extremely hurtful, and disrespectful. Be better and find better/more mature employees
How hard is it to pay a little attention? The amount of time this place has gotten my order wrong is insane! Then when I ask them to remake it I get treated with attitude like I messed up the order. No apologies. Also if you dont like your job, just quit. Customer service here is awful.
