I made a mobile order on the Taco Bell app and it sent my order to the wrong location. There's no way to change the location or request a refund through there app so I drove 40 minutes out to pick up my food from this location. By this point it had been sitting out over 30 minutes and the kids working said he would remake my order but instead went in the back and came out with the same bag that had been sitting claiming it was "remade". The bag was soggy from condensation and my food was cold
The girl working the drive thru speaker at 1:18am, April 12, 2025 was extremely rude, snippy, and unprofessional. She needs to learn that she is representing the company and its not play time for her to act how she wants, she needs to be more professional if she wants be the public representative of taco bell at this location, otherwise she can stay behind the scenes and cook or clean. She doesn't need to have a microphone with that bad attitude.
