My online order cost $70, yet a number of items were missing. I requested 12 soft tacos, which arrived freezing cold as if pulled straight from a freezer; I am unsure what is happening. I attempted to call four times, but they did not answer. Beyond losing $30 worth of food, the remaining items were freezing cold. This will be my final meal from Taco Bell.
The reason for the 2 stars is because I ordered my meal thru the mobile app ad they took almost 20 minutes to make it. This is the most that I’ve ever waited specially in a place that it’s supposed to be fast food. This is the last time I would be coming into this place, this is unacceptable!
