They messed up a drive thru order, then refused to process a refund unless it was in person, which is a horrible policy for a food place that is built on takeout. The manager was rude and unhelpful. If you want your order messed up and little help afterwards, order from this taco bell.
Staff are nice! Super chill. They deserve a raise.
I've been here a good 5 times now, and it's always been great. They get my order perfectly accurate every time, even though I order modifications on half my stuff and get 10 different kinds of sauce 🤣 the food tastes great, the people are nice, what more can you ask for from the big Bell? The only negatives I can share are that every single time I go here they tell me to pull up to the front and they bring my food out after about a 5-10 minute wait, not a huge deal though considering the food is always hot and fresh, I'd ac... read more
