Don’t waste your time going here everything is a 15-20 minute wait no matter what you order. Taco 20 mins burrito 20 mins napkin, 20 minutes empty box of air 20 minutes
Drive thru. The last few times I have been to this drive thru my order has been wrong. Either an item was missing or it was a wrong item. Each time it has been the same server! Young woman that currently has a pink right arm cast. She is super nice and friendly but should be more precise when taking orders.
Would give zero stars if I could. Went here with my cousins who have special needs and it was the worse experience. Not one item we ordered was correct, and they were extremely rude. Decided to give it a second chance and came after work with my coworkers. Amber, the manager, was extremely rude. Refused to take our order because the dining room was closed and we had a trailer so couldn’t do drive through. She yelled in our face and slammed the window on us. Extremely rude, and will never be going to this location again.
this location has some cool people because Sammi did 2 awesome things. 1. she gave a banger burrito suggestion that i am still enjoying as i type this 2. she went out of her way to help ask a guy to get off my car butt in the drive through. amazing experience
Chalupas stale way to many times, they don't care. Really sad. Did have nice staff at one time, but been over six months since then, so after multiple times giving them another shot, I just have to leave a bad review. Almost $15 for food prepared badly with staff that doesn't care any longer, things need to change.
