EVERYTIME I ORDER FROM HERE THERES NEVER ANY HOT SAUCE. WHY, IS IT REALLY THAT HARD TO PUT A COUPLE PACKETS IN A BAG I SWEAR TO GOD!
Don’t get me wrong I be loving this Taco Bell, I’m here at least 2-3 times a week . And for some reason every time I go through the drive thru and come back home I never have any sauces that I order :( . It’s disappointing to say the least
I just drove off from waiting in line for 20 minutes, then I finally am able to drive up and give my order (or so I thought). I heard the automated "will you be using you app" thing and then silence. I waited two minutes and they said "sorry we will be with you in a minute"... 10 mins later still nothing, I was concerned so I asked if everything is alright and the employee said they are backed up and they would be with me in a minute.
