Walked in to an employee in the dining room cursing and making a scene then went back to the kitchen doing the same. Employess playing and laughing about whatever was going on.. Waited 20 minutes for them to tell us they had no chicken then got an attitude when we asked for a refund.
I just have to share that Terry was so nice & professional. It’s very rare to have experiences like that, especially in the fast food industry. Terry needs a raise!
I love the service that terry provided us today. He was very welcoming and friendly. We ordered almost 100 dollar worth of food and was very quick. Recommend this Taco Bell
Terry did a great job at being so nice and bring our food to our car. He was very fast and made sure to make us happy. He is the best and I will be coming here again.
