Disappointing, just disappointing, today me and some of my fellow peers had built up quite the appetite and decided to indulge in the beautiful symphony of hispanic spices and flavors at taco bell and when we arrived and headed inside this fine dining establishment we all proceeded to order at the kiosks, my peers ordered with cards instead of cash, me personally I decided to pay in cash which was my first mistake as it took me 15 minutes to pay at the counter which wasn't a big deal I understand the world doesn't revolve ar... read more
It was ok, water all over the floor at soda fountain, no ice. Just the same stuff as usual at Taco Bell. With the people running it you can't expect any better.
The crew working tonight was incredible! We ordered quite a bit but we still got our food quickly and the cashier was friendly even with it being late. Roommate and I are satisfied.
Had to TELL the girl in the front SEVERAL TIMES I need to pay for my order with Cash and she refused to open the register! Then didn’t ask my name and made me wait and when I said what my name was, proceeded to spill off a bunch of nonsense under her breath. I came today (April 12th at 4:45pm). I left immediately after my time got wasted. Teach your employees customer service.
