Terrible service, they close before the listed time. They literally asked us what we wanted and while we were deciding for like 10 seconds. Then we started ordering they told us they’re actually closed cuz apparently they didn’t want to work till the actual closing time.
Told me to basically go away if I wasn't picking up an online order. They told me they were not accepting orders though the drive thru or dining area because they were understaffed. Never been told this before. I drove away but I wonder if management knows they are turning customers away.
EDIT: The Friday night shift is still usually good service, but the Saturday night shift pulls the same crap a lot of other fast food places do where they try to game the drive-thru wait time system they have. I entered the drive-thru when my mobile order showed on the app as in the process of being made, so obviously it should be ready by the time I make it to the window, right? WRONG.
