I don’t understand for a simple order 4 items for drive through pick up getting delayed 30+ mins and staff asked us to wait.. plus staff refused to cancel order due to their inefficient and rude behavior.
12:45 pm on a Friday and nobody is working the counter. You can see cooks in the kitchen but nobody comes up front. Left without ordering.
