This Cantina chicken hard taco was still decent as pictured, but it would have been even better if the cheese had stayed inside. By the time I finished it, it was half hard taco and half soft taco. My main complaint, however, is not about the food itself, but about the customer service. If you are getign food DO NOT do an inside order, they completely ignore inside orders and only focus on drive through or doordashes that come inside.We waited 40 minutes for our food and it was only 2 combos. There were multiple other families waiting for food. And the food is just not as good as other taco bells, this food is very much below average compared to other taco bells.
