I don’t know if they were way understaffed or what was going on but it took over 20 minutes to get my food earlier this week. On top of that they gave the wrong sauce type. Luckily the rest of the food was actually right.
Horrible experience at this Taco Bell. Never before have I seen such horrible mismanagement. Leah was incredibly rude to everyone in her vicinity, including a paying customer and coworkers. I will not be returning to this Taco Bell until Leah gets an attitude adjustment or no longer works here.
The slowest in the franchise is a disaster.
