I feel like if the customers walked in and instead of ordering just went around the counter and tried to figure out where everything was and how the machines worked and tried to make it themselves they would still get their food faster. And truly I don’t think any of the employees would even notice. At least all the food was cold and smashed though! Just the way we like it.
My friend wanted to go here again. I ordered from the app and when I went it I was greated this time. I think it was only to make sure I wasn't stealing an order from the shelf? I had to show my phone to say it was my order. If this is a problem maybe app and kiosk ordering is not somthing you should be doing Taco Bell? Just saying. Ordered food to be delivered, we don't live far and my crunch wrap was stale, missing the meat, the sauce and just tastes old
