We were waiting for pick up. We asked the worker how long it would take. They said they do not know how long it would take. Extremely rude. Super slow
I placed my order to my place order at 5:15pm and ended up waiting until 6pm while asking for updates and when I asked to speak to manager Jared he did not attempt to speak to me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful and then I received my orders I received no apology. Only reason I found the name of the manager on the shift is from asking the front worker.
I went by Wednesday January 21, 2026 2pm. I was very hungry and I was totally let down. I found out the grill was down. (Two days it turns out) I couldn't order any of my favorites from the grill. I drove away with a cinnamon twist and large Dr.Pepper. My day was incomplete and my hunger went unquashed.
