I ordered 10 soft tacos, meat and cheese only and a Baja blast. When asked if everything on screen was correct I reiterated I only wanted meat and cheese on the tacos, she said yes meat and cheese only. 25 dollars later get my sons food home and every single one of them has loads of lettuce on them I called the store as it’s a little bit of a drive and I picked the food up on my way home and no answer of course.
Very good food. The staff at this location are very nice. They are also very helpful and help whenever they can.
Food is always hot and fresh but amaia running the drive thru window sure needs an attitude check.
They don't give out cups of water any more and refuse to sell them to you too. Asked for a manager to get a cup of water and no one came out to us. Can't even buy a cup of water as their customer service has become so minimal that they laugh while telling you they can't give you water. Also had to remind the kid giving us our food for our cup on the actual drink we got. Ridiculous....
