Horrible drive thru experience. The employee was rushing my order and kept interrupting me to ask if that was it..drink..sauce..he totally messed the order up and the female at the window had to completely redo the order..not to mention she gave us no napkins, or asked us for any sauce. Then, acted as put out when i asked for either. Total waste of a lunch break after sitting in the line for 20 minutes for 3 soft tacos.
Everytime I go to this taco bell the drive through is "closed" but the employee is able to tell me to order on the mobile app through the speaker. So you can talk to me but not take my order? And no its not AI. Is this fast food or not?
