This Taco Bell has serious issues. I ordered online and had to wait 45 minutes to get my food after I arrived. Management has no sense of urgency or concern to make customers happy. I stopped going.
This location is clearly experiencing serious management and operational failures. After reading they closed at midnight, we arrived at 11:05PM for the drive through. Lights were on, we could clearly see people inside, but they ignored us at the ordering stop and ignored us at the window. Even when I go in and order, they never get it right. Have to recheck everything before leaving. Then there is the quality of the food, not prepared properly, sloppy is the best word for it. Also service is not the best.We don't eat here often because of these reasons.
