Don't come to the New London location unless you're willing to wait over 20 minutes for your order. I ordered one taco from the kiosk for take-out on a Friday at 6:41pm. I got it at 7:04pm. 23 minutes for one taco! The wait staff had no explanation for the wait. Another guest claimed she waited 30 minutes and wanted to cancel her order, but they would not refund her because it was a mobile order. Agonizingly slow. I've literally been waiting in the drive-thru line for 10 minutes and will continue to wait for probably 10 more.
If I could get negative stars I would. Been waiting in line for over 50 mins. Worst staff and management possible.
Food took 45 mins and when we finally received it, half was cold 🥴. They could care less that it took so long, no apology, just acted like this was normal for fast food. Avoid at all costs.
