I'm not sure what is happening at this location but I've never gone to a taco bell that takes over 20 min to make orders. The lines here are always so long and I always feel so bad about it because the workers here are genuinely so kind/understanding, its obvious they're understaffed and overworked.
Downloaded app ordered we didn’t line over 30 minutes asked for manager she took longer than five minutes to come to the window. I asked why it was taking so long she gave me unrealistic excuse I asked for the Complaint? number and she refused to come back she gave the associate to give to me at no time does she make any apology? The food was cold and mediocre The number she gave me was the wrong number Will never go back there again!
