Terrible
Claim they do not associate with Taco Bell’s mobile app. Said it was third party. Received no food no refund and no call back. Spoke with a Manager that night, she said it was the assistant manager who didn’t want to push a button. Cash only Operation. Drove up to the other Taco Bell, OTP, no issue. This Taco Bell is not a ‘real’ Taco Bell if they aren’t hooked into the main Taco Bell system. Scam. Update: A refund finally came through on December 10th 2023.
Everybody was rude & un Professional . Food was cold & hard refused to remake order that I brung back . I didn’t eat anything it was cold when I get out .
