This is perhaps the slowest drive thru I've ever been in, save your time go to another taco bell
Stopped by the newish Taco Bell in Grovetown and left without ordering due to the complete lack of customer care. I stood at the counter for nearly two minutes without anyone acknowledging me, despite employees walking by and even making eye contact. When someone finally spoke, I was told to use the kiosk because it would be a few minutes for a cashier—meanwhile, the drive-thru was being served. Quick service. Walk in order on display screen. 2 older men didn’t know how to work it and I watched a nice worker help them without question. Then she went back and started making the food. Drive thru was super busy but it was noon on a Tuesday so that’s why I walked in. Bathroom was nice. One per gender. By the way - best quesadilla ever! They loaded up the chicken and sauce! 10/10 and I can’t normally say that about fast food!
