Very disappointed with our chalupas on this visit. We usually receive delicious fresh chalupas at this location. It would have been better to discard these and make new ones for customers. We ordered online and received 3 that were a little burnt tasting, hard edges, and the shells were hard almost like a crunchy taco. It was too much of a hassle to go back after bringing the orders home, therefore we were stuck with these. Again, this location is the main one that we visit and things are usually served fresh. The staff are nice. The place is very cold inside. Bring some sweater if you are planning to dine in.
