I ordered through the drive through the gentleman at the window was absolutely rude and bassicly threw my food at me and slammed the window no thank you or anything rude jerk kids need to learn some manners

Seriously, please get corporate to get their employees to put some effort into making the food. When I ask for tomatoes I want more than 2 pieces. The chicken shouldn’t be cold and the lettuce shouldn’t be hot! I understand it’s fast food, but it’s worse than McDonald’s presentation. It’s good food, I just want it to be complete! I understand it’s probably not the employees fault and that corporate won’t tell them how to do things better, but come on! Effort and presentation will make the food look more appealing! Food was cold even though there was no wait. Not typical if Taco Bell that I regularly visit.

I’ve never felt the need to rate a fast food restaurant, but my experience at this Taco Bell was so bad that I need to warn others. We ordered two items as a quick snack on our drive back from St George. Those two items took more than 30 minutes. We preordered on the app and when the time was past the one listed on the app, I asked a worker if it was ready and she just said, “We have five pages of orders ahead of you.” No apology, no customer service.
