The crew that was on shift the night I came by to pick up my online order was messing around and not paying attention to the orders that they'd received assisted others and kept forgetting about my order. I had to remind them three times. In the area in which they were cooking, the floors were very dirty, covered with food, not swept or mopped.
Got food from the drive though, most of it was fine. Until we ate the Mexican pizza. The tortillas tastes like soap or bleach, but they looked fine. It was horrible! The taste lasted in our mouths for hours!
I'm not a fan of kiosk ordering, and theirs was hard to follow, I thought I had placed my order only to find out it was not in their system. Once I had correctly placed my order, it was very slow in getting made as the drive thru seemed to be their only priority. There were quite a few people working but none paying attention to in house customers, only drive thru. It took me several minutes to get someone's attention to ask about my order.
