We're traveling from California and this was our first time eating here. We were very disappointed that all the food we received was stale and cold. We got 3 deluxe boxes from an online order and almost none of the food was fresh. That is not our typical experience, the Taco Bells around where we live have great fresh food. I imagine if they aren't getting lots of business that is why our food was old, but in my opinion, food should be made fresh for the customer, not given already made food.
