Great staff.
Always double check your order on the screen. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme meal that comes WITH sour cream already. He asked “are you okay with sour cream” I said yes. Then added extra sour cream, on the Crunchwrap and on the taco. Adding an extra $1.20. Super sick of Taco Bell constantly trying to up charge you on every item. Stop asking question in a way that gets you the added bonus without the customer understanding.
I HATEEEEEEEEE THIS STORE OMG SO ANNOYING!!! The people who work there are the rudest people ever! It’s so crazy. I ordered my food in the drive through and I get home hoping everything i ordered is right well im wrong everything wrong!! I went there last night, the employee at the window was so rude! She didn't say a word to me, stuck her hand out for my card, gave it back, then flung my food at me with not a word said. Horrible customer service! The person taking my order tried charging me extra for items that already come on the food, "are you ok with sour cream on that" "yes", charged me extra. On two different items. I asked him to take off the extra. He also asked if I wanted to round up, I said no, he rounded up, so I asked him to take off that charge... read more
