Absolutely disgusted with the service in this place.if I owned this taco bell I'd be so embarrassed...the service is beyond horrible..9 out of 10 times my orders have been wrong or missing things.honestly this place should be closed down. A bunch of incompetent and rude employees. When I went to complain to the manager her response was "my bad" and thought it was funny. The owner needs to come down there and come clean up shop and hire more professional and courteous staff. The tables are always filthy. This place is a joke.... read more
Our order was messed up for the second time in a row. That being said we came back in and said something and we were told we have to wait a while for our order given we’ve already been waiting for a while.
Very disappointed with service. My daughter ALWAYS orders her meals with NO TOMATOES. We EVEN went inside, despite ordering takeout, so that representative would get it right. BUT WRONG AGAIN!! I ALMOST WENT BACK IN TO COMPLAIN but quite honestly, just did NOT have the patience. Figured I'll write a review about HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM ABOUT THEM CONSTANTLY GETTING CUSTOMER ORDERS WRONG.
I waited for a half hour inside horrible spot for truckers to stop and get food. They sit there and stare at you while doing drive-through.
