Paid and then waited at the next window for 18 minutes. The person on food seemed to be working hard on orders while the person at the window hid on their phone, while bags piled up. They finally hand me my bag, half-filled nacho fries, no cheese, and the attached picture is supposed to be a quesadilla…the grilled steak burrito had no issues.
It's supposed you have a robotics program up fromt...worker are amazing
Food is good, staff is nice
I don't usually leave reviews, but visit to T-Bell was so disappointing. Was trapped in line, forced to spend 20 minutes waiting for my food. When I finally made it to the window, I was 'greeted' by the most unenthusiastic cashier who never made eye contact whilst two or three other people were goofing off in the back. When I get my food, I discovered that I was missing part of my order. Wasn't about to pull around and spend a total of 40 minutes twiddling my thumbs. You get a big fat L, North Olmsted T-Bell.
This Taco Bell is my go to. super kind staff, both lunch and night. seems very understaffed, but 100% love all the cashiers especially the blue haired lady at night, shes always super sweet
