OWNERS PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS LOCATION! I just got so much attitude this is a constant reoccurrence here I had two employees tell me customers are first priority which is completely against their policy my ex was a manager at other location. Muchless they were mean to me and there wasnt even customers for 10 minutes! Absolutely horrible service! Best Taco Bell ever! A huge shout-out to Aidan (the big guy with glasses)—he was super nice and clearly a fantastic worker. It’s rare to get such awesome, friendly service. He absolutely deserves a raise! Food was great, but the service was even better.. From anonymous customer🤫
DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! I came at 1 in the morning and was being verbally harassed by drunk customers in the car behind us at the drive through. We pulled up and informed the staff of the incident. They proceed to tell us to pull forward and they would take care of us first. Lo and behold they not only had the drunken customers taken care of before us, also about 10 more cars. Updating my review because it seems there’s been some changes lately. Gave this place another try 2 weeks ago and the service was very fast and staff were friendly. Same thing tonight. Location is much better than it used to be We are done going to this location and are going to just start going to the farther away one. Ordered mobile pickup, got told to pull around front and wait, along with several other cars.
