Really appreciate the gesture. By mistake we ordered beef tacos, they replaced it with veg without thinking twice. Would say great customer service.
Girls working the drive thru tonight on 8/29/25 were great. Just nice and all my food was accounted for and perfect. Tried rating on the Taco Bell app and there doesn't seem a way to give props to the store there.
Fast and accurate with orders! Always playing good jams in the lobby as well.
Double charged me and then not only refused to fix the mistake but then proceeded to tell me while they charged me twice they couldn’t give me what I ordered originally…I filed a dispute with my bank for my money back
