This is the second time that I’ve gone to this Taco Bell and both times it has taken over an hour to receive our food. The first visit multiple things were wrong. I went today and after asking the workers multiple times, my order came out after 40 minutes. My friends’ orders took an hour. The food was good and the store was overall clean but I do not recommend going if you plan on being speedy. At least not at 8pm.
We just waited an hour… an HOUR… for a small order. When I arrived, there were 2 cars in the drive thru and 4 in the lot. I got to the speaker and was told they’d be with me in a moment. Not a problem. 10 minutes later, she came back, very apologetic, saying she would be right with me. I waited. And waited. Aaaaand waited. The cars were lining up behind me so I pulled up and was told they couldn’t take orders because they were backed up. amazing food, best fries, and perfect burritos.
We travel to PL frequently to fish.. we stop at Taco Bell because where we’re from we don’t have one. We stopped twice today, first time they didn’t have the drink we wanted so we just got the cheesy roll ups for our baby second time our whole family needed food so we ordered an almost $40 order.. they were out of rice and said they couldn’t sub the burrito.. weird but ok let’s move past that!
