Totally hit or miss with the service here. I've hit up the drive through (presuming they can hear you through the crappy box speaker), got a totally wrong order, and they weren't able to give me a refund. Other times, they've been wonderful and service was spot on. I've been visiting here at random over the past 5 years, and it's just a mess. Depends on the manager of the day I guess!
The staff here is always very friendly and accommodating.Always very clean even with the craziness being by a university.
Soooo slow. Placed an app order and wait was 15 minutes+++ What if I was in the drive through?
