Well I ordered and modified something I don't usually get for a deal. Turns out I unintentionally asked them to make a burrito filled with only liquid. This thing came out wrapped so well it didn't even leak so 5/5 for them 1/5 for me.
Self-service machine withdrew $32 but was $1 short even after processing the payment. I went to the counter and had them remove an item, putting below what they took, and yet. ashier demanded I pay a 2nd time. Even when I proved they had already withdrawn the money from our account, the manager refused to compensate us in any way. They stole our money, refused to refund us even when the bank called them, and refused our food as well. So they took $32 and we left with nothing. Literal theft!
