I’ve ordered from the app and I usually still end up waiting even after I arrive a few minutes after the app gives me a pick up time. There have been times where I’ve watched a few people just standing around and it’s only until I’ve gone in have they started making my order. I’m still shocked Hebron has a Taco Bell. The food was ok but a few times it’s wrong. I guess I should just be happy we have another food option in town.
The bad reviews you may have read are all accurate. If you don’t order from the Taco Bell app then you are treated horribly because you inconvenienced the staff. Change the name to 1 hour Taco Bell and for get about fast in fast food. Check your bag before leaving to make sure you receive what you ordered. I ordered my usual crunchwrap supreme and was very hopeful about trying a new location. Unfortunately, the attitude of this one specific girl just ruined the entire trip. She was a girl with glasses and I think her name was Lily? She almost threw the bag across the counter and kept eyeing me from the back. She was not welcoming and ruined my experience overall. Wont be returning.
I just enjoyed an incredible meal at Taco Bell in Northwest Indiana-one of the best dining experiences I've ever had! The Discovery Luxe Box, featuring the Avocado Ranch Crispy Burrito, was absolutely delicious and an amazing value at under $10, especially in today's economy. This was hands-down the best Taco Bell I've ever visited. Fantastic job, and I'll definitely be back!
Food was warm just cold in the middle, wasn’t so fresh we did come late in the evening though
