My daughter went through the drive thru and last minute decided to get the kids out and go in. She asked if the inside was open and the girl said yes. She got her kids out went in and was completely ignored by the entire staff for 15 minutes. She had to leave the kids were crying and when she left the girl locked the door behind her. I would highly recommend NEVER STOP at this Taco Bell/ KFC.

Terrible quality food. This isn’t my first bad experience here, but thought maybe it had improved (which it has not). I don’t expect much from a Taco Bell, but this is ridiculous and disgusting for a $4 item.
