We ordered 2 double beef burritos WITHOUT sour cream and they gave us two grilled cheese burritos WITH sour cream instead, the cheesy Gordita crunch we ordered with no lettuce or ranch had both on it, the chicken strips were very small, burnt, and missing most of the breading, the crunchy tacos had probably a 4th of the amount of meat they usually have on them, and the cinnamon twists AND chips were stale and soaked in oil.
Not enough employees or not enough employees doing something
This taco bell is closer to me so if I choose to doordash and forget to switch away from this one I end up having to ask for money back on the app because they always forget something or they are on some crazy portion control to make it through the night providing tacos with less than 2 bites of meat. I can get by ordering fast food and it being ok but this place straight up NEVER has provided me what was paid for.
