Hair in the nacho cheese, apparently they dont wear hair nets anymore, food wasnt prepared correctly, paid for extra chicken in the loaded fijitas, no chicken, no onion, no pepper, like its supposed to be normally made, tables were sticky like every taco bell, and ordered nacho fries and they were on the bare trays that they absolutely never clean. Disgusting reccomended to not come here.
Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time quite frankly both in Lebanon suck but this one was a joke 35 minutes to get through the drive through with only 4 cars in line is absolutely insane especially at 6:40 on a Wednesday night girl at the window was just laughing and joking around with her coworkers the whole time as a matter of fact she left and went to the bathroom before she ever even spoke to me I sat at her window for almost ten minutes I could’ve driven to Lafayette and back before I got served what a joke.
They take forever going through the drive-thru for being the only car. Then when they finally start handing you your food...you have to remind them to give you the drinks you ordered, sauces that you want because they don't care to ask. Customer service here has gone downhill with laziness and incompetence.
