Food is good most of time if they make it right the first time if not good luck getting it fixed. God forbid you need to talk to anyone at the front counter because I stood up there for a solid 7 minutes before anyone thought to ask if I needed something just kept getting looks from the line cooks without any action. Better to order online to pick up through drive through or just order through the drive through and you'll get the service that you need. It smells like a porta-john in here, the place is absolutely disgusting, and the worker's can't get one single order right.
We sat in the drive through for at least 30 minutes. 10 minutes to place our order and 20 minutes waiting before we left, without food.
Two of my items were wrong so I went back through the drive thru and they were very friendly. They remade my items quickly. The replacement Crunchwrap they gave me probably weighed over a pound. Great customer service.
