No meat in my crunchwrap. Went home and bit into a lettuce and cheese crunch wrap.
Me and my daughter went to through the drive-thru and we ordered something and they put it in the wrong container and then when I complained about it they said that that was the portion size offered a refund and then gave me a water that tastes like flat Sprite never going here again do better
Food is good, order are fulfilled correctly HOWEVER, the line is always empty because they make you leave the line, wait 5-7 minutes, you pull back around and ready to go! (Or in my case, I was told to wait two more minutes and leave the line). Even if you place a mobile order, it doesn’t help. I’m extremely patient but it’s a drive thru, why do I have to get in line 3 times?! Not worth it & very frustrating. *update: my food is not ready. I had to leave the line again.
Food was fine. But they were understaffed and we waited about an hour for our food. The workers were doing everything they could, they were hustling, but there's only so much 3 people can do. Note to whoever is running this place, hire more people. If that's mean you have to pay more money to attract employees, do it. Or you will lose customers.
