Order was rang up correctly in drive thru but the food given had wrong taco in luxe box. The 3 soft tacos supremes were ice cold grease was gelled in wrapper) clearly had been sitting for awhile) meat, only 2 were supreme of the 3 wth 3 tomatoes on each of the 2. The third one I opened up and had a fly inside the wrapper on the food. Absolutely disgusting. I attempted to call Taco Bell and someone picked up the phone and said nothing.
The general manger denied to remake my order after it was made wrong twice, denied to refund me and threatened to call the cops
Place was empty. We got our hacky sack out and played. No employee cared. Manager comes out and yells at us to leave. No warning or anything. A simple please put it away would've done this trick but no. Good Luck with him.
Food was wet and soggy. Ordered plain steak taco got a steak taco with a pound of lettuce. The larger manager was very rude when I asked for a remake.
any time you go there they are always out of something, like no matter the time or anything, they will be out of something. im convinced its moreso there are some things they cant be bothered to make rather than that theyre actually out of them, because youd think theyd at least have them sometimes
