FRIENDLY STAFF | NEW CANTINA CHX| Mike was a really dope employee I was struggling with the new menu trying to decide on what to get and he was super busy so helpful and it felt like a friend helping you order. Refreshing to talk to a human rather than an “order taker”. Food was fire, 10/10
Food is good enough usually. They generally miss an item or two, so check your order. Don't get the guac or anything else that doesn't get used in every order, it's often old.
Gross. Every time we order from DoorDash, they forget multiple things.. I called and told them and they said “ we can remake the whole order if you get on the app etc” then on the app they want pics of the food etc but we already ate some.. lol & on top of that, there was a hair in one of our burritos
3 visits at this location and the food was great all 3 times. Workers kind.
They had a rough patch but the past few times my food has been fresh, Cinnabon bites have been cooked all the way, overall great experiences the last couple of times.
