I ordered a crunchwrap supreme and a side of chips and cheese. They forgot my chips, so my husband went in with the receipt to get my chips. He was in there for nearly 30 minutes and then came out empty handed. He was standing in line and the cashiers kept saying they will help him in a moment. They kept helping other customers and my husband was ignored. The other customers even mentioned he was there and still didn't help. It's a $2 bag of chips that could've been handled in two seconds. Food was hot and ready when I picked it up!!
Never ever going here again, Talk about taco bell “Late at night” mind as we’ll say morning the way of was waiting in line. I went around 930 ish and you’re telling me there is only one person in there it seems. I only ordered One Luxe box took a total of at least under 20 minutes in a drive thru. I was the second person almost to the window , And cars from already in the line , already placed their order leaving. RIDICULOUS. shame .
Can’t handle three orders of three tacos tell me that they’re really busy when there’s nobody in line. Can’t even give me a separate bag for each three taco order to keep the crispy tacos crispy from the soft taco unbelievable Service that totally sucks.
