Went two different times just recently and both times orders were messed up. Slowest service and bad food.
Argumentative staff. Staff is rude. Drive thru girl wanted to argue and stay she gave us our food. I paid 33.00 and was handed 3 items. 1 regular Pepsi and 2 of their burritos.. i was given food but not what i ordered and when this was brought to this restaurant’s attention, nothing was done. No one cared. If you dont like your job - quit. Oh and I went back through and re ordered the same thing and still paid.
They must have had call-outs because service was one guy that made no effort to try to complete orders in a timely manner. It's 2025 and service is not what it was.
Really appreciate going the extra mile for help, especially during dinner rush
