The manager didn't even know how to use my gift card, the employee was stumped and asked for their help, only to be told "idk how, I have to call GM"! I was fed up & just paid cash even though I shouldn't have had to do so especially since I was only one inside store & drive-thru was empty. Smh, TRAIN YOUR MANAGERS CORRECTLY on everything including the POS/Computer system!!
At 8:45 PM, As soon as they noticed we are big group, I see they posted this manually written note “drive thru” only post before we enter. Not busy at all.
Store hours is 9am- 12AM but when we parked our car at 8:45 pm one lady from the staff was sitting in the dining area saw our car and she writes on paper and stick it to door and lock the door.
