extremely clean, fast, and super good service / food
I ordered a dragon fruit drink. The lady behind the counter said it was in the fountain. After doing my due diligence i politely told her it was not over there. She stated "i guess were out then" i told her it was not an option in the fountain. She then said "well i guess we dont have it" i asked what to do as i payed more for that drink. She stated "its the same price". I showed her my receipt and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Most blatant "not my job" i have ever seen. Edit: and still forgot food
Due to the high traffic of the buc ees the taco bell was packed, and wait time was 30 mins or more, all time dependant though.
Food was cold, cracked tacos, unwrapped wraps, barely even warmed in the first place, with others having almost nothing in the tortilla. Everywhere dirty, kids running around, food on the ground.
