I ordered 2 chips & cheese. I ONLY got 2 cheese and NO chips.
Alright, sooo if you’re not busy… why be rude? Cutting off someone in the drive through when they are just being polite and literally PICKING UP an online order? Not a solid way to drive business or treat your customers even if you are an established restaurant.
Angela R. Was our employee that we dealt with and she was inexcusable rude. When we told her we didn't want to donate to the taco bell college fund, she put it on our order anyways, and then when I told her about it, she looked at me dead in the face and didn't say a word. Just stared at me, and then gave me the wrong sauce. Very rude. I just paid, donation and all and left, because I'm not one to make a fuss, but I would like someone to please talk to her about her behavior. Maybe ask if she's OK at home?
