Will forget to customize order, will charge for customization, will never give right sauces, will require constant reminders to get order right, will never attempt to make it right, will always fail uber eats. Sorry, food is great otherwise!
Absolutely terrible service here. Every time I order through uber eats my driver is waiting over an hour for a single order. They always claim they’re busy but never employ more workers. Manager should be replaced if they can’t deal with the volume.
The last 3 times I've visited Taco Bell on Pulliam and on Knickerbocker, they have gotten my order wrong by putting certain veggies or sauces on items I didn't want them on. To top that off, each of those 3 orders had 1 or more items missing.
The staff esp the manager at this location are horrible. You stand there and don't even get acknowledged for at least 5 minutes. Im only giving this place 1 star because I have to.
