I visited this store on 7/14 around 4:25 or so to pick up a door dash order. I waited for a few minutes before the order was placed on the pick up shelf and even then there was no communication. I was not acknowledged/greeted at all. An employee walked past me as she came from the restroom and still didn’t greet or help me. The absolute worst. Sat in drive thru at the order board for over 5 mins and nothing. Clown show of a manager.
How is it that I order online 25 minutes prior to arriving for a meal box just to end up not being able to get my order on time and then asked to wait another 15 minutes with no one else in line. How is any of this acceptable. Please explain this
This location is so bad! They get every order wrong every single time which is insane considering it’s the wait time is a minimum 20 minutes for a small 1-2 person order and they always make you pull around and wait. After pulling around and waiting longer, they gave me the wrong order, took it back and over to the next car and gave it to them (gross!) and then I had to wait even longer for my actual order. Corporate Taco Bell should really investigate this location. The female manager who seems to be there all the time is running this location into the ground. Ordered about once a week and every single time, something was missing, some instruction wasn’t followed. Finally sick of it, I took my wrong order in (added onions and jalepenos to the order which were missing with the tomatoes that should have been there as they were supreme).
