I absolutely love tacobell!! Tonight, I ordered food for my daughter and it was done on time and perfect. I’m also pregnant so the manager Miyesha was absolutely amazing and gave me a large pineapple freeze for free since it’s my craving!! Absolutely 10/10!! She is seriously an awesome Manager!!
Last few times I went, we waited at least 30 minutes for our food. Night shift staff doesn't know what they're doing and they always have easily fixable issues
No point in ordering ahead in the app and then waiting 40 minutes for the food in the drive thru. My order was also not correct. Should have read the reviews on Google before ordering on the app. Seems like a common occurrence at this location.
This place plays games and is not friendly. They also do not follow up on complaints. I placed an order through the app for pickup in the drive through. There was an item we wanted that was not available in the app. When we arrived, we found the item was available. They said we could not place another order while picking up our app order and that we would have to drive around and wait in line again to order the additional item. What a bunch of BS.
