Order food online and the Red Headed manager refused to give me my food for pickup then she had a aggressive attitude when I was only concerned about picking up the food, So she decided to make me wait for over 35 minutes and counting she shouldn't be the manager and I wouldn't refer anyone to this location and she needs another job seriously the worst I've ever seen. No place for rude people ruining the brand and I hope the owners reads this Post
I ordered two value menu items and a drink. Waited around 20-25 minutes and still no food. I finally go to the counter and I still have to wait 5 minutes to even talk to someone. When I do they claim "they never saw that order" and they had to reprint a receipt for it, so I finally get my food after 30 minutes which is ridiculous for two items. The service here is terrible and I'm not sure if that's the fault of them being staffed terribly every single time I'm there, or if the staff just doesn't care.
Lol don't bother, I have no idea why they opened this place if they hate customers. This place has to be a front for something else.
I stopped by here on my way to redeem a free taco coupon I received. I ordered as normal, and when I went up to the window another lady came back yelling saying “ next time tell us at the speaker you have this coupon” . I apologized because I honestly didn’t know but she could’ve been nicer about it. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but thats not how you treat people 🤷🏻♀️
I order my 2 items on the Taco Bell mobile app. I was in the drive thru pick up line at 10:25pm on July 4th. The line was not moving at all. It’s now 10:35pm, So I gave it more time and still the line is not moving. I haven’t moved my car. There are 3 cars in front of me and 4 cars behind me, and the line is not moving. 10:45pm comes, still the same thing except the 1 car in front of me leaves the drive Thru line and one-2 cars behind me leave the drive thru line.
