Rude and inconsiderate. The worst customer service possible. Didn't get half our order and didn't want to refund me for what I didn't get.
I just went into the restaurant and sat through a 40 minute wait for my family's food. Right after I got my food, another customer approached the counter and apparently asked why it was taking so long for his order - he was eating by himself.
