Went there to eat while visiting the karaoke bar on New Year's Eve. We waited 30-40 minutes for our food even though there were three parties in the restaurant maybe five cars went through the drive thru. They did not have any sauce except fire, then when I asked for red sauce it took 10 minutes for them to find a cup to put it in. The women's bathrooms only had one sink in the handicap stall working and the entire bathroom was disgusting. How ridiculous! The kitchen is literally in slow motion. Slower than the sloths in Zootopia! I cannot believe this is an operational business.
Worst ever
Let me start by saying what a dump. I made a mobile order that took over 1 1/2 hours. The staff was EXTREMELY RUDE didn't even ask can I help you just walked on by. When I finally got a staff member to help me I was told with an attitude that there backed up and it's almost finished. Afterwards I was told I'm talking about them. Food was ok staff sucks big time. If your thinking of getting tacos go elsewhere but if you have all day knock yourself out.
