I placed an app order. The app decided that it should go to a location 25 miles away. Thw girl at the drive thru helped me cancel that order and place it here, ar the Prasada location. She was kind, even though it was probably my own fault, and never let her smile fall. My receipt says her name was Tino L. It was at about 10:05AM so, if The Bell wants to find out who was employee of the year, I hope that helps!

Horrible customer service. We called them to follow up on an order and the guy on the phone forgot to put the phone on mute. We heard him say “should I just hang up “ then click he actually hung up the phone . Piss pour job Taco Bell out your customers first.

Was very good. Only problem is they didn’t make our Baja blast and it kind of smelled like poop but the people were very nice. Phineas, Ferb and Perry had a good time.

Everything was good but, managers and ownership, have a talk with your employees about the amount of napkins and sauce packets they put in the bags for to-go orders. Way too many. 15 sauce packets and 11 napkins just for my $7 order. I'm sure it's costing you plenty! Just a suggestion. Seems to happen a lot with young employees. Watch what happens with your paper costs etc after you have a little meeting.
