This was a drive through experience. Your order is taken by an AI attendant. When I got to window the perso greeted me and we were speaking as I was getting my card out for payment. However the person next to him was rude and telling him to hurry. There was no one behind me. The empenadas were not in their package, instead they were bouncing around freely in the bag. Crap food service, was ignored in at the register when I was thr only one on the main dining area, and topk far to long for food. Staff is managed poorly.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent visit to your Taco Bell location.The service was unacceptable. When an item I requested was unavailable, the staff failed to offer an alternative or handle the situation professionally. Furthermore, the quality of the food was the worst I have ever received. I was there on Monday this week eating dinner with my family. There was only 3 employees in the back working, 2 what seems to be have making food and one assisting the customers. The lady I spoke to was very sweet and welcoming and she offered us free drinks for the wait and even a dessert for my little one. I wanna start this off with saying the manger there is doing everything she can and based off what I witness with being in the window for 10 mins last night.
