This is by far the worst fast food place ever the place is under staffed every customer is angry because they are incapable of doing anything at this place the older woman on drive thru is far too old and not able to do her job because she is helping their other staff
It was super late at night and I had been in the car for over 12 hours at this point working and I was starving, tired, and super stressed. I asked the kids that were working for lots of hot sauce and when they gave me the bag the whole thing was full of hot sauce, literally the whole bag. It made me laugh so hard and them too, if they only knew how bad I needed to laugh at that moment, thanks guys.
I went to this location at 1:30am for a late-night snack. They’re supposed to close at 3am, and I had already placed an online order. When I got to the drive-thru, no one responded over the intercom. I pulled up to the window and the place looked completely empty—no staff in sight. There were a couple of cars outside, but that was it. This is a new location and the service is already slipping. Really disappointing.
I placed an online order, I get there and no one answered the drive thru, no one was at the window. They close at 3am. Horrible customer service!!!! I saw two cars parked in the parking lot as well. Never going back again!!!
