Random craving so I had one of my employees pick up some taco bell for 3 of us at work. He says let me order through the app, it's easier... Yea, ok. Tell me why 2 of the 3 of us didn't get what we paid for?? Paid for 2 taco supreme got 2 regular that were cold and stuck to the paper. My other employee paid for a chili cheese burrito, got a bean and cheese burrito. Someone just literally grabbed whatever they wanted and threw in the bag. It's not super cheap anymore so not cool to be cheated out of what you pay for.
Cheated us out of food yet again...left food out of order and refuses to refund money. Every other place can reverse charge but this place refuses. Mistakes happen but you should own up to them and not defraud the customer.
After the ai getting out order wrong over and over, then the gentleman at the window finally getting our order right, get home and items missing. Avoid this place at all costs. Food was not good, order incorrect, infuriating ai order taker. Not all change is good Taco Bell.
The drive-thru used AI to take my order, and it honestly felt really awkward and impersonal — like I wasn’t even talking to a real person. The order showed correctly on the screen, but I ended up getting a diet drink or Pepsi instead of the Dr Pepper I ordered. I had to loop back through to get it fixed. They did replace it and even gave me a large, which I appreciated, but overall it just felt strange and disconnected from what used to be a friendly drive-thru experience.
