I placed an order through Uber Eats and was calling the store to not put sour cream or tomatoes on my order which I always put that on the app and they still add the stuff on my food ! Nobody answered the phone 1 single time. I called 8 times and didn’t get any answer! They should read the notes on the order before making it their way.
Understaffed. You’ll be waiting for your order a very long time. Needs to have more store people available instead of locking the doors when there’s too many people.
whatever female manager was working tonight (10/10-10/11) needs to get a grip and is lucky I didn't get her name- my friend and I just left a concert and obviously we expected it to be packed. that's fine. we places our orders at around midnight and then waited in the drive thru for almost 40 MINUTES- we just parked and went inside to see if everyone was oki and was instead met with a rude manager that didn't know how to run her ship- my friend and I alone waited an hour before cancelling our orders but there were multiple p... read more
